PERSONAL LIFE:
I was born in 1981 in the Sunamganj district (then Mahakuma/Sub-district) of the Sylhet division. My father Abu Taher, was an Inspector and later retired as ASP of Bangladesh Police.
I lived in almost 14 districts of Bangladesh due to my father's transfers and education. I have Studied over thirteen (13) schools and colleges in around twelve(12) districts.
I am a father of two sons and one daughter named Abdullah, Ammar and Maryam.
As my maternal grandfather has no son, we are also addressed by his name as he is from a renowned and old family. My grandfather (maternal) 'Sayedur Rahman' was a renowned politician and Indian(and Bengal) Independence Activist who came in touch with many famous politicians in his life. This family is also famous for their maritime activities (sea transport) and seamanship. It is told that this family came from highlands near Khurasan or Turkmenistan.
My parents settled in Chittagong city but they are from the adjacent Daganbhuiyan area of the Feni district. Our relatives are living in the Chittagong zone for a long time. Even they had business in the Rangoon (Yangon) of Burma in the British period.
At present members are interested in migration towards America.
